The farm is segmented into 25 camps, all interconnected by cattle corridors. It features five cattle posts, each outfitted with either zinc dams or tanks holding 5,000 or 10,000 liters, which provide water to the drinking troughs for cattle or game. The farm boasts a diverse range of soils, with sandy soil predominating in the northern part and clay and rocky soil in the southeastern area. A variety of grass and shrub species thrive on the farm. The carrying capacity stands at 1 Livestock Unit (LSU) per 12 hectares.
The newly renovated farm dwelling, spanning 180 m³, features a kitchen with a pantry and scullery, three bedrooms, and one bathroom. Additionally, there is a 116 m³ double garage with multiple storerooms. The outbuildings include a large, newly built open shed of 960 m³, with an attached 116 m³ flat. Two other enclosed sheds, measuring 150 m³ and 215 m³, complete the farm dwelling's structures.
A high-tech security system equipped with infrared cameras has been installed to enhance security around the perimeter. These cameras are networked together and can be accessed via your cell phone from any location.
